Let's Party!

This weekend we had the Irvine's b-day party on Saturday night. Friday was Russ's and Rodger's b-day and Saturday it was Lori's
Oscar got home at 3 from the airport, he was away the whole week traveling to Ecuador, Peru and Colombia. He went to bed while I got the kids ready, picked up the nannny, got myself ready etc.
We got there almost at 10 but he had a blast, I danced a lot with my dancing partner Russ, well I have to admit that even Denise and Oscar danced! Oscar secretly likes reggeaton and La Gasolina is his favorite song (well I don't know if it is his favorite or if it is the only one he knows!)
We eat delicious and Denise bought a chocolate fountain so you can imagine I couldn't stop eating! those bananas and strawberries w/ chocolate are the best. mmmmmmmmm! I am glad I don't have one of those fountains myself. Russ made us the night, he is so nice and funny, as always he danced with every woman in the party, as I said before even w/ Denise!
As for the drinks we had great cosmos and all kind of martinis, really good.
Lisely got there a little bit late too and she brought Lari, she is crazy, she couldn't find a sitter for Lari so she brought her and prenteded that Lari stayed in the car watching movies! of course Denise, our leader, raised her voice and solved the situation.
I had a blast taking pictures, yes Russ there is graphic evidence of everything :), I will share a few of them.

PROVO HERE WE GO!

Last night Lisely and Denise were here, we all set up in my bedroom with the three computers to sign up at the same time to CKU Provo, we got all the classes that we wanted except for one with Christy Tomlinson and we MISSED HEIDI"S CROP!!!!!!!!! but we got two classes with Elsie Flanigan that Denise absolutely loves and I think that girl has a lot to teach us, her style is so unique! YEP she is the new Heidi!
Anyways, I can't wait to be there, a whole weekend with my best friends in scrapbooking paradise! is there something cooler than that? well yes, a NIKON 200 but I had to made a decision and I think that I really need this weekend getaway, the Nikon can wait a few more months! ;)
So PROVO watch for the Chunky but funky bunch because we're going!

Baby Emily

Yesterday I had my first newborn shoot. Baby Emily was great, she was a very good model and her mom was fantastic too, she was a great assitant.

Play ball!

Last Sunday we went to Madison's birthday party and we had a blast. Ana Paula ans Santiago discovered baseball (of course it had to be with the Irvine clan!) Santiago keeps on repeating all day long play ball play ball! so I think we need to get him a glove and a bat.
Ana Paula also loved it and wants her own glove and bat too. They had a lot of fun and Ana Paula was thrilled when she could hit the ball, and she did it very good to be the first time, she also liked pitching. As for Santiago he only wants to hit the ball no matter what. Oscar also played, he had some problems but finally he hit the ball, run and drank beer, as for me I had a blast chasing all the kids to take their picture!

so I had a complaint

Yesterday my dear friend Denise who is a completely BLOG asddict that doens' own a blog complaint about my updating here so I promise I will be writting more often, I really enjoy it, it is just that I have not all the time I wish I had.
Anyways, here's what's been going on in our lives lately.
After the moving, we worked really hard to set all the house, I hate to have boxes and boxes and boxes all over the place, We are almost done, I am only missing my Scrapbooking stuff that I have no place to put :(. I need to get some things before I can use a little corner in the family room for myself.
As for Ana Paula she is doing great! she is very motivated at scholl as I promised her that if she gets straight A's in her report card she can have a dog and seems that she wants the dog more that I thought because she's improved a lot in her reading that was a little bit.... well you know she is confused with the sounds of the vowels in english and spanish. Anyways she will start a tutoring this Friday just to help her a little bit more.
Santiago is finally starting his speech therapy this thursday! I can't believe it! after almost ! year of fighting with the MDCPS we are finally starting.
Oscar is travelling a lot to Central and South America so he's been busy.
And myself... well I've been trying to get the photography bussiness busy :) I really LOVE what I am doing but I need more promotion! working on that. I am only going to teach on Thursdays now at the store so I am plannig to dedicate more time to submiting to the mags, Scraps Ahoy and publishing oh and to make pages just for the fun of it! ohg boy I really really miss that!
