A personal project

These are a few favorite photos of some old ladies that I got to photograph a couple weeks ago.
I just love all of them for different reasons, but if I have to mention a reason for all of them it would be all the history, pride and sacrifice that you can see in their faces and eyes.
All these belong to a personal project I've been working on for some time now. Hopefully they will become part of an exhibition soon ;).

Dance!

Here in Panama the school Calendar is different than in the States. The kids just finished the school year so all the dance recitals are on this time of the year too.
Let me tell you how impressed I am of the 2 recitals I got to see. They do it in a very important theater here, the Anayansi, all the backgrounds, props, dances, costumes, lighting etc. were awesome. My only complaint is how long they were... almost 4 hours, a little bit too much for me.
Anyways, my daughter had her second recital this year (she had one in Miami right before we left). Here are a couple photos of her dance.
I also got to photograph other girls in their costumes and dances, here are a few photos.
