Little Miss B

Sunday I had the pleasure of meeting a beautiful family. They contacted me through Now I lay me down to sleep so I went to their home to photograph Miss B. She was such a good model! Miss B has a rare congenital condition, she has an extra chromosome (the 18th. one) but she is such a fighter, she has beaten the statiscs two times already!

They are a great family and I am glad I had the oportunity to meet them and to create this photos for them.

MS RIDE

Denise finally they are up!

This weekend we went to Miami, it was quite a weekend! We went because the guys were doing the MS RDE again this year, and this year too Oscar decided to be part of team Wikie and do the Ride with them.

We met my sister friday afternoon as she was shopping in Miami. We stayed @ the Irvines. It was great too see them all again! I miss them so so much.

On Saturday morning, really early we went to drop them @ the start point, the team has 12 members, 11 guys and just 1 girl. We took some photos and see them go. Then we went to Cam's baseball game and when it finished we headed out to the Keys, Oscar had a little bit of trouble in mile 40 and Ireally thought he was not going to make it but he let the group go and continued at his pace, and contrary to all that I thought he finished. They all did. I am so proud of them, they did an awesome job and raised a lot of money.

After the race we came back to O-town they stayed there because the guys were doing the 150 miles this year.

I thought that when I went back to MIA and then back to O-town I would stop missing MIA and started to feel O-town like home but it didn't work... it was the other way around. I think I need to get used to this new life that I don't like... well I will be back in MIA in a few weeks and that makes me really happy! I can't wait!!

Brenda & Alex

Last month I had a very special shoot. I went on board of the Mariner of the Seas to shoot Brenda and Alex's 10 years Vows Renewal, it was great because it was like a wedding but without all the pressure. Without counting all the technical difficulties I had I think it was a great experience. Ana Paula was a flower girl and she loved every minute of it.

Here are a few of my favorite photos (almost all of them are sepia because the ship's photographer gave them color pictures and I wanted them to have different ones, this helped me too a lot with the light issues I had... lucky me)!
